- All the entry locks to your property will be changed before you move in. Keyless deadbolt locks and peepholes will be in place on all entry doors.
- Our phones are answered 24 hours a day to handle your resident needs and all messages are checked daily even on Holidays and Weekends. We’re open until midnight every 1st or 3rd.
- Our Fax line (214-522-9985) is available for resident repair reporting and follow-up.
- We provide detailed move-in and move-out condition reports for proper documentation of the condition of your rental. A full digital inventory is tracked and stored on the condition.
- All deposits are kept in an FDIC insured bank for itemizing back to you at the completion and satisfaction of your lease.
- GTF provides a 24/hour day rent drop off at our convenient central location.
- Our offices are staffed Monday-Friday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM and Saturday 8:30 AM to 11:00 AM or by appointment.
- GTF employs no maintenance personnel and uses sub-contractors to ensure the highest quality work is being done. All services performed to your rental must be accompanied by a door hanger which gives a written description of the work completed in your home. Our service department tries to contact you each time repairs are completed to insure satisfaction.
- Our agents are all licensed Realtors and members of the Texas Real Estate Commission and The Greater Dallas Association of Realtors. Our firm is a member of the Apartment Assocation.
